Positions for research contractors are highly competitive. You must have exceptional skills, prior experience across a range of knowledge areas, an ongoing interest in current local and world events and be passionate about submitting high quality work.

Prior transcription experience is a must, as are advanced research skills using Google, up to date equipment and self-sufficient IT skills.

We require a minimum of 15 to 20 hours of typing each week depending on your speed and efficiency, with between 12 to 15 hours of this being carried out during office hours.

If you feel you have the requisite skills, enthusiasm and knowledge to become part of our research contractor team, we would encourage you to apply.

Minimum typing speed: 70wpm (formally tested at trial)

Our team of medical transcriptionists is highly trained, with experience across a wide range of specialties. We are always on the look out for talented medical transcriptionists who have at least five (5) years' experience in a minimum of four (4) specialties.

As with our research contractors, you must have self-sufficient IT skills, be committed to providing high quality output and have prior experience working autonomously.

While we require 15 - 20 hours per week minimum commitment from our medical contractors, hours of work are more flexible and can be spread across business and after hours.

Medical typists should generally be available a minimum of three hours per day.

Minimum typing speed: 60wpm (formally tested at trial)

Our radiology transcriptionists work set shifts at an hourly rate. This is our most competitive area, and positions become vacant on an as-needs basis.

You are welcome to submit your resume and complete a trial in order to be in the queue for the next available position.

Note that radiology typists must have a minimum of five years in-house radiology experience, a minimum typing speed of 65wpm and exceptional research skills and radiological terminology.

Minute Taking

Our team of professional minute takers attend meetings* and other events for the purpose of providing our clients with a succinct and accurate summary of their meeting proceedings. Minute taking provides an exciting opportunity for contractors to engage with a broad range of businesses across diverse sectors.

The main requirements for this role are highly developed listening, critical thinking and written communication skills including note-taking and the ability to summarise key discussion points within strict timeframes.

A high standard of proficiency in Microsoft Word is also required, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and an established record of working with and adhering to confidentiality obligations.

Previous minute taking experience will be highly regarded. We strongly encourage contractors who are running their own EA/PA service to apply.

*Minutes may also be prepared from an audio recording depending upon client location and requirements.
