Mandatory requirements:

• An ability to transcribe at least four hours of audio per week, with several hours of availability during standard office hours (AEST) is a requirement for working with Pacific Transcription Solutions.
• Typists must currently have a broadband Internet service installed as well as a PC running Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office 2000 or above

What we are looking for in a typist:

• We are looking for punctual, reliable typists who can work flexible hours.
• Our typists take pride in their work, always striving to meet deadlines and produce transcripts of the highest quality possible.
• All typists have an exceptional command of English and excellent communication skills.
• While we take into account the specialties and preferences of typists all typists must be able and willing to type a range of different files i.e. legal, research, medical (only to level of experience) and general/court.
