ALERT: Scheduled Maintenance – Client area will be unavailable from 9AM – 1PM AEST Saturday 23 Sept 2023

On Saturday 23 Sept 2023, 9AM – 1PM AEST the Client Login area will undergo scheduled maintenance to improve monitoring systems.

This means you will not be able to log in to your client account for approximately four hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Pacific’s April – May 2023 Public Holiday closures 

Pacific Transcription’s head office in Brisbane will be closed for the following public holidays:

• Easter Friday 7 April,
• Easter Monday 10 April,
• ANZAC Day Tuesday 25 April, and
• Labour Day Monday 1 May.

This may mean delays in responding to queries, processing files, and requests.  If you have urgent work please contact the Enquiries Team immediately on 1300 662 173 to discuss your transcription requirements over this period.

Pacific’s Christmas 2022 & New Year Office Closures

The Pacific Transcription Teams wish you and your family a very happy and safe festive season.

We are closed from Monday 26 December 2022 and will reopen Tuesday 3 January 2023. Please note: we will not be monitoring emails or processing files during this time.
