Pacific Solutions is an Australian owned company which has been providing high quality transcription services since 2002. We have achieved double digit growth every year since then, and continue to be at the forefront of the wave of digital transcription technology, providing clients with access to the best in audio and transcript quality. A national company, we service clients in all major Australian cities and internationally.

Our typists have extensive experience in all fields of transcription, specialising in a wide range of subject matter encompassing areas of law, medicine, finance and research. We provide our typists with a flexible workplace, with the majority of our typists working from their homes by logging on to the Pacific Solutions-developed secure website.
