    Self Registration

    Welcome to Pacific Transcription’s self-registration page

    By self-registering with Pacific Transcription you are ensured 24 hour access to a secure, password protected, bank grade RSA 2048 bit encrypted online website, for uploading your audio files and other information.

    How to get your audio files transcribed by Pacific Transcription

    There are three simple steps in securing transcription services from Pacific Transcription.

    Step 1: Create an account

    Please either fill out the self-registration form below, or phone us on 1300 662 173 (within Australia) to speak with one of our friendly staff, so we can set up an account for you.

    Step 2: Confirm your transcription requirements

    After you have created an account you will receive an email from us which explains:

    • how we work,
    • our rates sheet with turnaround options and pricing, and
    • information on other transcription options, such as qualitative analysis software and medical practice software integration.

    Please read this email carefully and let us know your specific requirements, either via email or phone.  If you don’t see your particular requirement in our rates sheet, just call us!  Pacific Transcription offers very flexible solutions to a wide range of clients, and we are able to meet most client needs.

    Step 3: Upload your digital audio files to your secure account

    Once we have received confirmation of your requirements please log in to our secure client area using your unique username and password, and upload your audio files.

    We will commence transcribing your files, according to the instructions you have given us.

    Easy. Pacific has a Quote Calculator Tool available to our clients via their secure login.

    Simply create and confirm your new client account with Pacific, then log in to your secure client account and upload your audio files. Use the Quote Calculator Tool to create specialised and accurate quotes for any or every batch of audio files you upload.

    Note: The Quote Calculator Tool is available to Research clients only.

    How do I start?

    You can start this process by filling out the self-registration form below.  Fields marked with an asterisk * are required.  Please phone us on 1300 662 173 (within Australia) or get in touch via our contact us page, if you have any questions, prior to self-registering.  We are just a phone call away!

    Instructions for Username
     Do not use email addresses.
     Do not use spaces or other special characters (full stops and underscores excepted).
     Use between six and fifteen alpha-numeric characters.
    Instructions for Password
     Password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and may be up to 72 characters (as a general rule, longer is more secure).
     Password must contain at least one number.
     Password must contain at least one lowercase letter.
     Password must contain at least one uppercase letter.
     Password may also contain any combinations of full-stops, spaces, underscores, special characters.
     Password must not be your username.
