Pacific Transcription offers after sales product support package to new and existing customers, at an annual fee of $99.
This support package can be purchased at the time of product purchase, or subsequent to product purchase, if the customer finds they require support.
The product support package is delivered to customers via email or phone. There is no hourly or monthly limit on support available. After 11 months into the package, customers are contacted and invited to renew their support package, for a further 12 months.
Pacific Transcription’s after sales product support package is available to customers who purchase products from Pacific Transcription; however can be extended to customers who have not purchased from Pacific Transcription, at the manager’s discretion.
