Legal Aid
Pacific Transcription Solutions currently works with Legal Aid offices and contracted legal firms throughout Queensland and New South Wales, including offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Townsville, Bundaberg and Mt Isa. We provide transcripts of records of interview (e.g. tapes) recorded by the police, and we cater to all styles, turnaround times and formats required by Legal Aid.
Pacific Transcription can provide immediate access to experienced typists, thus ensuring that members of the department can be freed from typing lengthy interviews. We are also able to provide court reporters and stenographers on location and can provide affidavits.
We understand the highly confidential nature of all audio provided to us by Legal Aid. With regards to confidentiality, the Pacific Solutions Privacy Policy is compliant with the National Privacy Principles contained within the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). All staff and typists sign a confidentiality agreement that meets both the Privacy Act and government contract standards. We can also provide a separate confidentiality agreement if your department has specific requirements.
