A simple to use client login and upload area is perfect for small practices to quickly and efficiently utilise the services of Pacific Transcription. No software installation is required. Doctors can send their audio from either home or the practice. Pacific Transcription types directly into client templates for ease of editing. This service is fully compatible with Apple Macs.
Hospitals
Pacific Transcription provides a complete dictation system to hospitals around Australia. Our pool of medical typists with experience in every discipline can type directly into your current medical software, and doctors can be given the option of using their digital voice recorder/dictaphone or our dial-in dictation service. Pricing can be based per line or on a monthly fee.
Confidentiality
Pacific Solutions adheres to the Australian National Privacy Principles. Pro forma confidentiality agreements as negotiated with the Government Solicitor for hospital work available.

Turnaround
Choose from overnight to two working day turnaround for medical transcription. Premium client options available for medico-legal or other urgent reports.
